Samantha is a recent immigrant with a master's degree. She was advised to study business analysis as a way to get a corporate job and avoid having to get a blue-collar job. For the past 4 years she has worked as a business analyst at BMO. 

She works in an Agile team of 7. She is responsible for formulating business requirements, working together with the project stakeholders, and helping with the team's Scrum events. 

On a typical day she spends time in meetings with her team, meetings with stakeholders, and working out the business requirements.

Samantha wants to advance her career and become a Scrum Master. She has taken the 2-day certification course. She knows she can be good because she understands the business.
